This was a challenging installation due to the odd frame and low headroom setup. We installed a 7' tall door with 0" low-headroom and a rear torsion setup. We mounted the Liftmaster on the back of the beam for extra clearance. We got clearance of 6'8" at the lowest point.

Installed this new Hildebrandt door in Orange today. It's a classic panel, almond color with vents at the bottom
New Garage Door in Newport Beach
Took down this 40+ year old door and replaced it with a new roll up and Liftmaster 3800 Jackshaft operator.

Garage Door Rehab
Here are some pics of an old wood door before and after a full rehab. It had wrong the hardware installed with it from whomever installed it originally. It also had a subpar stain job as well. You don't always need to buy a new door!!

Carriage Style Garage Door
Thus customer wanted vertical lines in their garage to match the siding but didn't want the custom prices. This is what I came up with: Carriage Style. I also custom trimmed out the opening to give it a semi-custom look and make it look picture perfect.
Garage Door with a Doggy Door Installed
The customer was wanting a nice looking door but also one that would accommodate a 22" tall doggy door in the bottom section. So I came up with this.....
