A couple steel garage doors I put in.
They are carriage style and look like wood doors.

Repair on a Termited Garage Door

These doors in Newport Beach are victims of moisture, water damage, termite and not enough paint.

I removed all the damaged wood, then scraped out all the loose pieces, cut out any bad sections and replaced with new wood, then primed any areas I could get to. I then applied new wood with liquid nails and 8d galvanized nails.

After that I put the door back together and applied a final coat of oil based primer. All that's left is to have a coat of good quality paint added to the face of the door.

Garage Door Graveyard

If you're an old garage door... This is where you eventually end up.

Out with the old, in with the new

This customers 13 year old Liftmaster chain drive just died. He's replacing it with a higher quality, Liftmaster belt drive. The new one, with proper maintenance, should last about 20 years. That breaks down to about a $20 a year investment for this new unit. Well worth it!!

New Construction Prep and Pre-wire

We like to be involved in the job from start to finish. On this job we helped on planning of the door size and also to make sure the framing was built to perfectly accommodate the new garage doors and operators. We also did the prewiring for the safety sensors and the push button.

Broken Spring

Got a call for another broken spring today. Dead giveaway when you try to open the door and it only goes up 6" and stops...
